Strict Laboratory Monitoring for
Flock Health & Production Quality

The cornerstone of global trust and sustainable export in the livestock and hatchery sector lies in a flawless flock health monitoring mechanism. As Demir Damızlık A.Ş., we operate under a strict zero-contamination principle across our parent stock breeding farms and modern hatchery facilities in Bursa Yenişehir. To maintain the highest biological output quality, all our operations are regularly audited through accredited laboratory analyses.

We fully understand the sensitivity of our international B2B partners and integrated poultry meat producers regarding contamination risks. Accordingly, we maintain our parent stock flocks completely free of critical pathogens such as Salmonella and Mycoplasma, while continuously tracking their immunity levels through regular organ and tissue screenings as well as serological testing.

Our Laboratory Control & Analysis Pillars

01

Serological Testing & Flock Immunity

The immunity levels of our parent stock flocks are monitored via routine serological tests conducted on blood samples. This ensures the continuous efficacy of our preventive veterinary programs and maintains a homogeneous health status across all flocks.

02

Hygiene Swab Testing & Sanitation

Hygiene swab samples are routinely collected from hatchery incubation cabinets, grading lines, and egg setter tray packaging areas. Microbiological load tracking strictly confirms absolute sterilization of the production environment.

03

Pathogen Screening & Isolation

Early-stage organ and tissue screenings are conducted against all vertically transmitted pathogens, primarily Salmonella and Mycoplasma. A 100% biological barrier is maintained throughout the production chain.
